I'm trying to get a little gathering togather. It will be on Saturday May 13th at Moto Mart in Acton Ma. between 10:00 am and high noon. Kind of a meet and greet of the Mass/N.E. Buell Motorcyclest, hangout/bs/tyre kicking day. If any locals to the area wish to show the tourest their fav roads all the better. All are welcome,come one, come all, invite every motorcyclest you know. | ||

I'll be working at the Demo truck at Meredith HD that day. Otherwise, I'd be there. If you get a decent turnout and decide to turn it into a regular thing, post a follow up message when you get a free minute. | ||

I make it to MotoMart quite a bit but rarely run into other Buellers there. At one time the ATC group use to meet there one night a week but not sure if they still do. Might try to make it on the 13th. | ||

On the Demo Days, I'm thinking about coming down and have not decided between Friday (12th) or Saturday (13th) yet. Are the demo rides going to be the same drill both days? I wouldn't mind the social aspects of maybe meeting some of the NEBO'ers but I'm going to do a down and back the same day ride so thought I might prefer Friday over Saturday. This is going to be a sort of "gut check" ride for me on the M2 too. I've not gone this distance before. I want to work on my "Road Warrior" merit badge... It will be about 4-5 hours each way so I'm not going to hang around at the demo too long. Jack | ||

My M2 came from Big Moose originally, don't know if they are still selling Buell and if they are a "strong" or "weak" Buell dealer. Up here, Central-Maine H-D in Hermon, is a Buell dealer and has always had 6 or so in stock. But they have them display in a small, darker room that is also the Buell service area I think. Sort of like they are ostracized to one corner. There are a couple of younger guys on the staff that that own and ride the Buells and know the bikes though. We need more guys like DaveS and dealerships like his. Jack | ||

Jack, it's the same drill both days. Truck will have someone at the table with signup sheets and it's first come/first served. The demo ride is usually about 20 minutes or so, in a nice loop on some decent roads. Not the best, but certainly enough to get you in trouble. Friday may be slower, since it's a weekday. I know we shut down early on Saturday due to rain and we had the same number of demos. | ||

Yup Big Moose, Central Maine and North Country all sell buell. Last demo in this area was about three years ago at North Country. | ||

Yep, He told me he would post this there. I have also posted this at ATC fourms. Got two maby three from there. Guess it looks like maby 7/8 bikes, thats good but I was hoping for a bigger/better turn out. | ||
