A friend is visiting Chicago and he is looking for any custom bike shop in the immediate Chicago area that specializes in complete bikes.

Can anyone offer any suggestions and if so do they have web sites?

NewFie,

A local (but nationally syndicated) radio show just did two weeks on custom bike builders. They referenced several in the greater Chicago area. I don't recall details, but you might contact them for additional info. Gina Woods (the show host) is good people and would be more than willing to talk to you.
