Matter of fact, the wife and I were looking at a new mountain bikes today...This GT i-Drive 4 looked pretty good to me...the Specialized is getting long in the tooth...or is it me?  | ||

i grew up a vintage VW fanatic, cruising around in a friends blacked out, slammed '60 Beetle, got my own '73, partially restored it (made to look like a '68), slammed it, painted it Ford Grabber Blue then sold it.. . and now, 15 years later, i fiddle with a '66 Porsche.. . but whats it all mean? Back in the early 70's two bros and I had BMW /5s with low bars, Dunstall megs, and 1/4 fairings.We also spent all our non-mc time and energy pursuing various avenues of better living through chemistry and listening to the most bizarre stuff imaginable.A particular favorite was the great comedy troupe Firesign Theatre, one of their albums was entitled "We're All Bozos On This Bus". The three of us were known around midtown Memphis as "Hells Bozos". Still a Bozo...Faster than ever 'cuz I've got my Buell-Slower than I'd like 'cuz of the years I'm packin' in my saddlebags. SADDLEBAGS!!! Geez...Guess that proves my point!  | ||
