Bob and Josh

Let me tell ya ... that RS flat out hauls ass and it is WICKED COOL going down the road. It has front running lamps in the turn indicators as well. THIS is a very cool chain driven Buell! :-)

I wussed out and didn't go on the HSTA ride.

lots of bikes

Funny how my S2 was the only bike that stayed upright on the trailer, huh? I figure it just means my tires get "pre-scrubbed" on the left side

You know that RSS has been on Ebay a couple of times. I was going to bid on that when I found the current S2. My current vehicle inventory is:
One Buell Blast
One Buell S2
One Ford F-250
One POS Hynudai
One Jeep Cherokee
Ford is for sale, Hyundai is getting donated to Kidney Foundation, so when those get cleared out of inventory, and maybe the Blast, I'll start looking for either an RS(S) or an S1.
Temptations temptations.

Downside to adding an S1WL and hopped-up RS to your garage. The S3T (even with NallinStg 1) is really boring. Comfortable, unworrying, stable. Boooring.

Josh,
I know what you mean. I bought a 99S3 first, drove it for 6 months, thought it was the coolest. Then I bought an S1W. Poor S3 now sits in the garage, all alone, waiting for a rainy day, sport tour trip, a wife ride, or maintenance down time on the S1W before it gets touched. It's a good mule bike, but it isn't my steed of choice.

It is amazing how two bikes that are so close in general specs can be SOOOO different to ride.
