On June 24, I paid $64.10(US) for the kit (Z0010*CB). All the dealers around here quoted me the same price, so I believe that's the new MSRP.I just looked at the receipt.

The isolators must have been getting bad for a while and the of road riding in Detroit really packed them in.

If anyone in the Ontario Area would like to ride for a day or so I will be up here.

Crusty is correct - that's the current price for BOTH isolators, a new belt/pulley guard & new hardware. Newfie was sold old/obsolete isolators @ $80+ (can) plus 15% tax EACH. Back they go. To be fair, individual isolators ARE about $40US separately...

i paid 40 for 1 old isolator, that was all they had and the next closest buell dealer is hours away, i would have ordered them but i wanted to take my cyclone to laconia, ended up going with no bike, boo!! had her up and runnin again until the week before last and she died! boo hiss!! i'm still waiting on the local bike shop to tell me if the bottom part of the motor is ok hopefully i'll know this week, if the bottom part is ok i'm getting the nallin 1250 kit, if the bottom is bunk i'm slummin hard, even if the bottom is ok it's still going to take me till spring to raise the dough to fix her up, it's very depressing, i'm jonesing already just for the two weeks she's been down!

Well last night my bike crapped out, puking oil everywhere, damn rocker box !!! So I called Hal's and took it down and it's sitting there, and it's the Harley 100th which I've looked forward to for the last two years since I've moved here !!

Waiting for them to call me and say I can come get it and it's making me CRAZY !!!!!!!!!!!!

So I'm bikeless and having to ride with friends, but I guess it's better than having none and sitting home !!!

Hey Chris, that really sucks! Can't any of the Brew City BRAG folks help you out? It isn't that hard to replace the rocker box gasket. If I was still down there I'd wheel that Blast into Hal's parking lot and do it myself. I hate to say it but I'll bet Hal's service department is gonna be pretty busy. You guys think you have it bad...after replacing my regulator and battery last month I had a stator wire fray and ground against the frame. Needless to say...they are both roasted again! Hopefully the stator survived...The charging system was only maintaining 9-10 volts but it got me home!

Today is my daughters first day back to school and wanted me to take her on the S1.

Rolled the S1 out of the Garage (some get a kick out of how I say that word so enjoy yourselves) and turned the key and click, click, click, click, click, click

The DAMM Battery was almost dead.

In second gear out the driveway dropped clutch and rear wheel skidded.

I did not realize the S1 was so difficult to bump start. Out with the booster and vrooooooooom

Yeah, yeah. It's tough being a baseball fan. Even the local papers barely cover the Twins. All they have written about for the past month are the Vikings. They even cover the Wild more. Hey, how about what the Minnesota Wild did in the playoffs? They'd be down by three games and would still come back and win. It should be interesting to see if they can build on that and do even better this year.
