How are most dealerships about mounting tires that are not purchased from them?

Do most frown on it??

I was just looking at my front tire, it needs one. Plus I found a screw in it...but none of the local dealerships have the stock size.

If you hunt around you can usually find an independant guy that will do it, and usually for much cheaper, some guys talk of doing it themselves but I've never had any much fun doing it, back always goes well but I'm 0 for 2 on the fronts. I take my rims and tires to a guy who will remove the olds, mount the news and balance for 50 bucks. He'd probably take em off and put back on the bike for a small fee too. Good luck

Believe it or not, the only place in Columbus, Georgia I can find that will mount tires you didn't buy from there is the Harley dealer - about $25 per wheel. It's $60 per wheel at the only independent shop I checked - screw that.
