bike parking

this is the Bike parking area at VIR. It's right next to the entrance to the pits and the turn 3-4-5 area of the course.

This is from Saturday, it was PACKED on Sunday.

Linda got to take four laps around the track on Saturday, the only "highlight" of her day as she claimed.

In the pits, I ran into this STUNNING Benelli Tornado. According to the Rep, this is the only other one outside of the ones at the Factory and the WSBK race bike.

This is a Buell board, so here are pictures of my attempt at fixing the Buell.

Buell_1

here's the back of Johnnie's house, the bike on the wheel chok, and various parts and tools scattered all over the place

buell_2

here's the exhaust header and the 02 sensor which I replaced.

buell_3

here's the most interesting part, see the little hole at the weld where the 02 sensor is mounted? There's an exhaust leak there.

i don't know if this is the source of my problem, but it's definetly something that should not be.

truck
This is Monday, before I left Danville, Va to take the bike back to the Dealer

I think I'll drive next year, the two times that I have tried to go to VIR the Buell has never made it (last year the Buell was at the shop so I took my Sportster, this year the bike made it to Danville, but never to the track)

José sorry you didn't get to take part in the track ride. I hope you get your S3 going again soon. BTW that is a very nice shade of green
