The H-D World in OKC has a great service department. I bought my bike at another shop and they told me they didn't know anything about Buells and to go to this shop. David in the service dept. is Buell certified and the nicest guy. My 1000 service is only $210 including tax. And it'll be done in under 3 hours, so I can pick it up that afternoon. When I asked David about how much it would cost to reset my TPS later when I install the race kit, he said just bring it by when he's working and he'll do it for free. Hell yeah!

They don't carry Buells anymore though, but the service is good!

That rocks man!!

$210 is a great price, from my experience, and what I've read here.(I paid about $245 and I thought that was pretty good, but the 6 hours I waited left a sour taste...)

Sounds like a sweet deal, for a place that "doesn't carry Buells anymore". If they still carry parts and provide good service, tell all your Bueller friends (including everyone here) about your good experiences.

Good luck, and happy twisties!

That is very cool. It's surprising that a non-Buell dealership helping you out like that...imagine if a Buell carrying dealership would extend that level of customer service.

Let me tell you about Fresno (CA) HD/Buell. I broke down in the middle of nowhere, 100+ degrees no cell service. I flagged down a passing pickup who gaive me a 10 mile ride to the nearest town where I called for a tow. After an all day adventure and a nearly 70 mile trip with the bike on a flat bed, we pulled into Fresno HD/Buell at 5:45 FRIDAY night. They immediately unloaded the bike, explained that nothing could be done that night, but look at it as soon as they could the next morning.
I asked where I could stay (I was 300 miles from home)and they said that they would have someone drive me to a motel.
The next day it turned out that the transmission was trashed and I decided I could afford to wait the days it would take to get parts and fix the my bike. I asked about renting a truck and the daler called around for me, but found that if there was a truck it would cost $400 with drop off charges. Wayne, the service writer, volunteers to go home and get his truck and drive me home for less than what the rental would be, a round trip of nearly 600 miles that will put him back home in the early hours of the morning. He did and I got home.
If you're in the Fresno area, make sure you stop in and let them know that you've heard about their great customer service!

Forman H/D Buell in Stillwater OK is a great place to take your Buell Nasty. They are not that far from you and are great! They even still sell buells.
