Mike: what do you mean by "was it in English?" The phone call or the parts book?
Spidey: Thanks. you got to tell me how to do that.
Some one needs to find out what the updated part # is.

I was just wondering what the part number part name is? Looks like an S2 part number and I like to keep a mental note of parts that are getting hard to find so I can keep an eye open for them.

Spiderman's lookup was probably from a dealership network search. Plug in a part number, and any dealerships linked to the system will ping back if they have the part in question in stock. I think that program was an indirect result of the Corp's intent to help rider's on the road from having their rides cut short due to local inventory shortfalls. I'm certain there's more to the story, but the bottom line is if you are on a cross country ride and you break a part and need it to continue your ride, your nearest dealership should be able to plug in and get a part right on the way. The factory is also supposed to pull parts from the production line if needed for short supply inventory parts to help a stranded rider. But these do not always happen as envisioned. But as noted by Spiderman's posting, sometimes the system works extreamly well, but as noted by your own dealership's response sometimes it don't.

I think I just lost myself, so I'll stop.

Chuckle,Chuckle. Mike you are correct it is for my S2. After losing my pulley for the third time it is damaged to the point of JB weld. I just
order one from the Center Hall dealer in PA. The official name is" Swingarm/Drive Support" as listed in the parts manual. One of our sponsors
has a cool aluminum one that I think I'll get. The part # is now obsolete: 47600-94YA

thanks for the help!!

SG out.
