Jim,

That is one COOL glass, but is sure looks empty!

I don't think I would try a Guiness from a can in the Donybrook section of Dublin. Those guys have years of test riding experience and are pros.

I'm headed to Ireland in a short bit, I'll test the LA of guinness, from the tap. I'm pretty sure there won;t be any cans across the pond.

It will probably take multiple tests and may even involve the SACBORG phenomena Rocket mentioned

I'll of course be wearing proper protective gear and try really hard not to spill anything why sluring.....

I stand by my first assertion; for the money the plastic go-cups are far and above the best beer glasses for cornering. Take it from a guy who in their misspent youth took a lot of corners carrying a plastic go-cup full of beer. (not that I would advocate such behavior these days).

Remember Blake,

Those Guinness cans were sitting beside frozen drinking water bottles in my cooler. Better to have cold beer on a hot day at the track, than WARM Ron Rico 151 in a 98.6 degree flask.

I'm off to play trivia tonight where I'll have my Tuesday usual - 2 Guinness served cold at the Britannia Arms in Cupertino.

Back tomorrow night for more discussions.

Since I've been part of a Tavern for the last 9 years. The best is not a Pint glass is what the Buell Glass is.We serve Pints of say for instance a Pint of Jack & Coke.Beer belongs in nice freezing cold Pilsner no other.Come check us out.

You mean you are from a "cavern" right? Gotta watch those spelling errors.

Freezing cold glasses are for margaritas, not beer.

Jim,
T'was Bacardi 151. Gotta watch my figure you know. That beer stuff is great, but man will it pack on the pounds in a hurry. Had any lunchmeat and cheese buritos with mustard lately?

LOL Good one Blake.No... Bar,Tavern,Lounge. And proud to say the combined we sell just about 100 cases of beer a week and roughly 16 barrels in a week. That makes us #2 in Racine. Not bad for a place that seats 72 hey??Now if you would like to see how its done come to my event the 21st and I'll show you how 2 bartenders man a 1600 plus person event and do roughly 18 barrels of beer in about 4 1/2 hours.Yes that will be plastic. If you want a freezing cold Pilsner you got one if not we have both. Its funny you know so much about serving beer Blake considering Miller Brewery is less then 30 minutes from me.BTW Spelling errors?? That maybe but then again how about yours??

I'm sure the contact patch needs to be considered. Where are the old hats that weighed in before?

How about a sacrilegious Buell mug picture?
