Anyone ever been to one of these? It starts on Tuesday @ Rockingham Dragway, bout 20 min ride from the house. Just wondering if it is something worth checking out, as it will last thru Sat. | ||

It started today so I figured I'd check it out. Ray Price has his Buell Demo Ride bike's setting right in front of the entrance, cool. Ray will also be tempting a new national record on his drag bike on Friday. Looks like this will be a very big event. Talked to the dealer, they said an estimated 150,000 bikes will attend this year. Came across two different Buellers on the way there, one from Ohio, the other from Virginia. | ||

Went to the National Round Up last year in West Bend, WI and had a great time. The folks were great and the bikes were awesome. All brands and models from bone stock to the wildest performance and/or eye candy machines. I seriously recommend going when it comes to a City near you. Not only will you have a good time, the food is great too! | ||

We went last night to watch Ray Price try his hand at the national record, don't know what it was to begin with, but he ran 7.0?@ 202.046 MPH. That bike was bad to the bone. We were at the 1/8 mile mark and it was all you could do to watch him go by. Then the worlds fastest street legal bikes went by at 182.00 MPH, very impressive set up. The highlight for me was the X-treme stunt team riding Firebolts, frickin awsome stuff! |
