The AMA races are being held late August. I've never been to a race and was wondering if any Badwebbers would be riding there? VIR is only about an hour and a half ride for me. I wonder if the 2006 Buell Demo truck will be there? Wishful thinking right. Nuts

Where are you located? I've been wanting to go there for a race this year but haven't had a chance. I'm in Richmond.

I'm in Roanoke. Just moved to Virginia from Florida a few months ago and am enjoying all these curves. How far are you from the track? NUTS

I'm going to the races.. as are Jose Q. and our significant others. Odds are we're not riding down (we're in the DC area) but we'll tow the bikes and ride once we're down there. Heck, last week, I was riding ON VIR! Now that was a gas! I'll have to remember to tell folks about it sometime.

Hmmmm.. Somehow we're all going to have to link up, it's a pretty big place and we could spend two days there and never cross paths once.

We'll have to hook up under the 'Storm Fronts' section and figure a way to all meet up and enjoy the races together!

I think Richmond is about 1 1/2 hours from the track. I don't think our routes to the track would cross anywhere but I could be wrong. Guess it all depends on the shortest route from Roanoke. I really need an excuse to go there for the races though.
