Rick Breuer’s Learning Curve Staff will help you improve your riding skills

Learning Curves’ Rick Breuer and his staff of professionals will:

1 Increase your ability to read a road

2 Offer guidance as to the proper method of entering and exiting a turn

3 Learn proper braking techniques

4 Best of all, lead you through an entire day of riding in a safe, controlled environment (whether YOU are safe and controlled is another matter altogether).

For $150 dollars (less than the cheapest exhaust can) you’ll become a safer, faster rider.

Where: Blackhawk Farms Raceway (near Rockford, IL)

When: Thursday, 20 June 2002 – be there, ready to ride, at 7 AM

Riding Gear
Leather Jacket

Leather Chaps or 2 pairs or jeans

(Full and 2 piece, leather or Cordura riding suits are acceptable)

Note: Vanson Leather race suits are available for rent at some events


Full coverage DOT/SNELL approved helmet recommended, DOT only is minimum

Leather gauntlet style gloves

Leather riding boots at least 8 inches tall

(Leather work boots are acceptable, with laces taped)

Motorcycle Preparation

Mirrors must be removed

Lights, unused gauges and turn signals should either be taped

over or removed. Oil drain plug, filler cap and oil filter need to

be secured with a dab of silicone adhesive

Water cooled bikes-no ethylene glycol in cooling system, water only is easiest
