That's a big tradition with my family, as my grandparents live on the hill right above it (can't miss their house)- garrapat ridge. try the dungeness crab cocktail. If you guys get the chance, stop by the Highlands Inn in carmel highlands on the way up or down (about 10 minutes north of rocky point) my girlfriend was cocktail waitressing there last winter, and the other tow cocktail waitresses and the bartender are dear friends of ours. bartender's name is Nenito.
