Jeff from KC is needing help right now!

His S3T (or X1?)fuel injection throttle body shaft has failed on his intake. He only needs a shaft not a complete assembly. Anybody in Utah have parts?
The bike is at:
South Valley Buell Shop
8886 S. Sandy Parkway Drive
Sandy, UT, USA 84070
801-563-1100

Jeff's cell is 816-678-1737

Had the same thing happen a couple of weeks ago. Was told only available as the whole unit , not just the shaft. Not expensive, only about 90.00 from Buell

The throttle bodies were updated. The original ones are prone to breaking shafts... get the new version. I believe Buell increased the shaft size. Mine snapped as well around 28k miles

Rob: I think it affected only the '99 FIs...maybe some early '00s were involved too. Maybe search the Knowledge Vault
