Author Message   Prez Posted on Sunday, June 05, 2005 - 10:14 pm:        i posted a while back about my shifter..i ride a 2000 x1...i am wanting to make my bike shift 1 up and 4 down..my stock shifter is broke off due to a wreck...i got the suggestion of getting the banke shifter...after some thought i think i've decided to bite the bullet and get it...under one condition...will i be able to switch it around in order to get it to shift 1 up and 4 down????? thanx alot for all the help and suggestions from all u badwebbers...prez   Newfie_buell Posted on Sunday, June 05, 2005 - 10:22 pm:        You can do it with the newer shifter assembly as well. Just reverse the little arm and install kinda upside down.
