Made it back from the beach, and left for PA the next morning. Got to meet a lot of Buell riders down there, not many have heard of BWB. Holling is now on board with us, his is the Yellow XB with matching helmet, the rest are just a FEW of what I could get early morning pictures of.

This one had air scoops, hmmm looks familiar.

if you have ever been, you now that it must rain on us at least once during the week!
After leaving the beach we headed to Oak Island. Got to the southern tip at sunset, with the moon coming up behind our backs, boy was that beautiful. No one around allowed for a few burnout doughnuts and lollipops!

Any one looking for parts for a tuber should get in touch with the North Myrtle HD/Buell showroom. They had a bunch of carbon fiber, race pipes, brakes, etc.... on clearance.
We had a great time this year, met a whole bunch of Buellers and saw three times as much, just couldn't catch them in time.

Glenn- Me too. I tried to find that bar you were at when you called me. Road up and down the entire N/s strip. When I pulled in for gas a fella had "party" map and showed me where it was at. Wife said she did not want to go so I took her back to the room, ended up staying a lot longer than I intended!
FTD- what was happening with the police writing a ticket? Just speeding or showing off?
THat Orange and Grey- what a beautiful color combination, wish I could find one for cheap.

Guy was riding R1 with his GF next to him on that
Suz. with extended swingarm. On Bus. 17 he pulls a wheelie while standing on seat, right past that motorcycle cop!

Just south of Murriels Inlet on our way into town a Georgetown Co. cop got me and my 2 buddies for 60 in a 45. Police were out in force this year.

Not a good place to show off. You are absolutely right- more cops this year than the last four, especially unmarked. Did you see the all black ZX-11? Had lights hidden inside the radiator well, small tale pack with a GPS looking antanae. Then the big hawkin 45 on the guys belt kinda gave it away. He had leather jacket and jeans on. Only seen it once and don't know for sure if he was there for the event, or as an official for the county. FBI had a pretty big part in patroling the "Strip", guess they were looking for people as they had a camera hooked into a computer.
