Anyone see that guy on his R1 that rides places I wouldn't take a dirt bike. Through the desert, mud, friggin pond. He comes out of the pond, and is trying to start it back up, the thing is spitting water out of the pipe!!! Nuts.

Laughs... I watched that last nite too. Said he is riding around the world. Pretty darn crazy.

Seems like this dude likes torturing himself...If he had an off road bike, he could have finished his 3 year expedition in probably a few months. What some people will do to get attention baffles me at times. Nevertheless, I guess the guy is following his dreams of proving what? I don't know.

But what I'm hoping doesn't live long is the upcoming "Texas Hardtails" show. I hope Speed doesn't go the way of MTV. MTV started off pretty much exclusively playing music videos (started off with "Video Killed the Radio Star" for crying out loud) but has since degenerated into a collage of 'lifestyle' shows. Looks like Speed is going that directions what with this and the "Celebrity Poker Tournaments". What's next? Dog shows held by ASSCAR drivers? Home and gardening tips from the wives of drivers?
