I have noticed on some other makes of bikes that the turn signal lights are always on and only blink when the switch is hit. Are the signals on my S-1 supposed to be like this??

i traded out the stock turn signals for some lockhart philips three wire aluminum bodied signals and wired them in. now have amber running lights that get brighter when signal is selected. they use a special bulb that you can only get from l-p and my rear lights use 2 or 3 bulbs a year. still have the same bulbs in the front- about 5 yrs!
