OR............It was a stunt driver on a movie set. None of the cars have license plates and they are all moving at the same pace, same distance apart......

If you look close you see blond haired Bo in the passenger seat and Luke driving. They are filming a Dukes of Hazzard movie so that has to be it.

If you listen real close at the end they are saying cut. If you look close the right front fender has been hit so he can't be that good, but I would have to say they are better then me
