It seems as though I cant get my remote idler knob on my 97 S1 to back off any. I dont want to crank too much on it but I cant get it to budge!! Any ideas???

Two thoughts:
Cut the ziptie and try a more direct line.

You may be able to reach the screw with a long pair of needle nose pliers.

If neither works you may need to pull your carb to lossen it. If you do I would suggest putting some Anti-seeze compound on it to keep it from happening again.

The cable inside the housing might be seized up.
