Before I registered my bike with EZ Pass, and I would have to stop and pay, I would usually pay for the car behind me, anyone else ever do that? I have had people in cars pay for me at the toll booths too and I thought that was very cool, Since then I try to return the favor (unless its the GWB toll or the Verazano toll

That is extremely thoughtful, as I am sure it may take you (a motorcyclist) a little longer to pay the toll than the cager behind you! Kudos...

Interesting? Nice people.....how novel!

Come to New York City. My gig is to pull up, tell them my wife/pal is following me to the repair shop and will pickup the toll...THEN SPLIT.

Kidding.

Welcome to NYC....I pay about $17.00 per day in tolls. Henrik still won't talk to me from the time he left his EZ-Pass in my car!

$17 a DAY!!!. Ouch. If I take my Jeep to work it costs me like $20 a day in fuel, so I've been wearing out the M2 instead. Does your $17.00 at least get you out of traffic?

No way. Feds announced, just last month, that our little boro is the "worst commute in the world, averaging 90 minutes".

Traffic is a by-product of stuffing 10 million folks into an area half the size of Milwaukee.

But, the rewards are great. This place didn't get to be the Capital of The World by being a pain in the butt, it did in in SPITE of being a pain in the butt.

Just ride a wheelie through the EZ pass lane. That should help you in avoiding them getting your plate #.

Gads....Toll booths are one of the most dangerous places you'll ever take your motorcycle.

NY EZPass revoked my unit. I got it reinstated while they consider my appeal. Seems they did not appreciate me treating the green light as a christmas tree. My reaction times were really improving!

Welcome to the socialist republic of New York.
