In another thread I talked about the front brake that make some noise when I brake. (XB9SX) I checked the brake again and I found that the front disc can be move a little bit even if the bolts are tights. Is it normal? Is the disc is rubber mounted?

the rotor is a "floating" design, there are springs behind it in the standoffs of the wheel.

You want that movement at each of the mounts. If you find a spot that doesn't move then you need to replace the hardware and slider right there as the rotor has become bound up and can warp starting in that area.

So it's probably that floating design that make the noise.

Thanks guys!
