OK, it's not a Buell, but here's a look at the chopper for the upcoming "Ghost Rider" movie.

Wow! I can't wait to see this movie. I'm a fan of superheros movie and this one with Nicolas Cage will probably be very good!

Nice hell chopper!

American Sport Bike Al provided many of the parts and information for the Buell X1's being used in the movie.

I didn't put it together, "it" was assembled in Australia. But I did consult with them on what they could and shouldn't do, and provided them with many of the parts used on Johnny Blaze's X1.

I've got a picture of the bike, but I've been asked not to distribute it yet, so I can't post it (yet). It's a bad bike, HEAVILY blinged. They put an underseat exhaust on it, which I told them will likely be problematic for them due to the engine mounting system, but they listened and added the flexible links and American Sport Bike isolator stiffeners and such. They built 6 bikes because they will be crashed and most of them destroyed during filming. But I'd bet at least one survives as a movie advertising asset.

I haven't seen any photo's of the X1 making it into the public eye yet. I'll let you know if I do.

I, personally would use electric tire warmers on my bike. I think it would save the seals and bearings. And, of course, the paint.

In all kidding aside, nice effect, the burning tire.
