Are there any products that will protect fabrics (like tank bag, textile jacket) from UV rays to prevent fading?

Check with the manufacturer, some newer ones may have it in the fabric parts already, or added at the factory before shipment.

I also use 303. I use it on my corbin seat to protect it from the UV damage. It's supposed to be one of the best out there for that.

The 303 I have is in an aresol container, not a squirt bottle. I guess it's the same stuff.

I just sold a tank bag I treated with 303 that had been on my S3 for 3 summers incl bright Sturgis sunlight. The buyer thought it was new.
