...and dang it, it still does. My kitty cat, bless 'im, came upstairs doing the "I'm gonna vommit" holler. He's in the hallway. I'm in the bathroom. So I gently take him and bring him into the bathroom - cuz' tile is so much easier to clean up than carpet. And I'm holding him. And I'm looking. Two more feet to the left is the toilet. And I'm thinking. Two seconds later, I'm holding him by the fours over the toilet while he let's loose in the easiest pile I have EVER had to clean up. Flush & I'm done. Boo-yah! |

Hope Kitties feeling better now.. is it a case for petromalt? Or is there something else at work there? By the way, how did you manage to hold him still for his 'aimed' release? Mine would never let me dangle him over the commode, he'd go nucking futs! heheheheheh.. And idea why the cat always wants to puke up on the carpet and never on the tile? Just one of life little mysteries.. Oh well. |

I want to see a pic of this cat now. He has done something that all my old college room mates couldn't. |

If he is hacking up hairballs often I suggest you change his food. Many of the new dry foods have specific formulas for hairball prevention now. We switched our cat and in 4 months we have only had 1 hairball. And she is a longhair cat. |

I just got back from Iron Mountian today. The cat must have came down with a case of CABIN FEVER, Tis the season...Just before the spring thaw. Notice in the article the police are investigating. I am taking care on my daughters 3 cats and 1 Wookie while she is off in Texas with her new husband before he gets deployed to Iraq on the 13th. Of coarse I have been away all week! |

This isn't to say that there aren't other important reasons why spring is becoming more silent. But the loss of habitat, pesticides, and the advent of wind power all bring significant social benefits. While tolerance for the multitude of feral, often diseased, wild cats is pure, spoiled self-indulgence. Interesting end to the article. Wasn't a week ago I read another one highlighting windmills detrimental effects in killing birds... |

the guy who wrote that proposal to the WI DNR is from my home town and is receiving death threats from the world around. if the roles were reversed, and the cat was as much bigger to you, than you are to it now, the cat would eat you. cats also climb on vehicles and bikes and scratch the out of them on the way up. theres no training them not to do that, except with the heel of my boot.... |

I wish people would spay/neuter their pets, and until people will, I'm all for open season on the varmits that these alley dwellers have become. That goes for wild dog packs too. They not only threaten people (see story about child torn to pieces by pack of dogs) but they interbreed with true wild dogs (wolves/coyotes) and taint the true bloodline. My dog takes care of his share of strays |
