dude, who ever drew this models, has some good 3d skills but a lot of the design would not work.
its not appealing for one.
there is no aerodynamic consideration, this looks like somehting you would find at chopper.com
if the v engine is turned the way it is it would burn your knees, that is why the sczle bike created the v15 engine so it gives room for legs.
I would love to see a rotary engine on a bike, i think that would definetly work.

Those are some pretty cool bikes (at least to look at). I was under the impression from rooting around on the site that the dude actually builds these bikes (at least some of them).
