Happy Easter everyone! I think that some gather and some go Church. Some do both. I have personally always thought that your relationship with Jesus has to be a personal one and that you can do it by yourself and done necessarily need a church. (Although it’s nice to worship and gather with others) since i won’t be seeing Ashley and the kiddos until Friday i decided to do some thinking, thanking and praying of my own. Lately the gym has become the place I go to think, pray and calm myself and plan out my week. This may ruffle some feathers but that’s okay. The second picture is a local gym and hopefully what my dream someday will look like. My end goal. I will get there. This is the year of change and orientation on goals and relationships. Today’s was legs and after a short run. Slow and hungry run. I decided legs. Needed a PR. So I decided after a warm up and some working sets to grab that 315x1 and ended up getting it pretty easily.
