I remember when I had to rebuild mine a few years ago I pulled the seal, measured it with some calipers, and just found a pair online with the same dimension and I've been running them for 7-8 years now with no trouble. The brass bushings had enough wear on them that I should have replaced them, but I just had to skip those and again they've been fine. They were K&S brand, 50mm x 40mm x 7/10mm. Someone else on the forum wrote that the KTM number for the wp fork seals is 40541034.
