Mine was, so I cut one side of a 3" piece of fuel line length-wise then wedged it over the top of the speedo snugging-up the fly-screen so no more rattle. I love cheap, quick fixes.

I used a piece of foam stick on insulation from home depot, in the window/door section. Same idea, and it's been hanging in there.

My tail does still vibrate on the tail light though. I took a 2-3" piece of rubber hose and wedged it between them, which fixes it. It does start to vibrate out after a while and I need to jam it back in. Someday I should just glue the hose to the bottom of my tail so it can't try to escape.
