Can anyone recommend a phone holder for the S2 handle bars?

I have a Rokform case for my phone and really like it. I don't have the motorcycle mount, but do have one on my bicycle and in my truck, and various other things for it. Their stuff isn't cheap, but it's built pretty nice.

I only mention that so I'm actually giving you an answer to the question you asked... because beyond that in the time I've spent looking into handlebar mounts, I've seen so many people talking about their phone camera's not working after mounting it on their bike for a while. I guess new cameras are so sensitive that the engine vibrations start to shake them apart. Obviously the vibrations on these bikes are even worse than normal bikes. So my actual answer would be to skip the phone mount, or maybe get a tank bag and toss your phone in the map pocket where you can still kinda see it, so you don't risk breaking it.
