Buell is on the list, but it appears that pretty much every bike made is on that list. I mean you could make them fit an M2, but they're not going to bolt up to anything. You're going to have to chop off the passenger peg mounts and weld on mounts for those pegs. Then you're going to have to come up with something new for the shifter as that linkage isn't going to match up with the M2 shifter at all.

There isn't really a good cheap alternative for these bikes. If you want something different you can spend money trying to find some banke aluminum parts. You can also buy some aftermarket sportster pegs. Does your bike have the updated aluminum parts, or does it have the older steel shifter/brake pedal? If you still have the steel stuff, see if you can track down the updated aluminum versions. That's probably the cheapest option for an upgrade, although not really that cheap anymore.

Yup and nope ...seen these last week. Knight Design lowered pegs and the LSL Stuff will fix me and thats around $500 bucks. Since its listed for everything I would plan on heavy modding and maybe a risk of a total loss but for 100 bucks it might be fun for someone to try. LSL stuff has legal safety certifications. You can always apply your stand on it test in the garage with your boots on.
