Grab some heat (torch - AMERICAN torch, not a european torch, which is what we call a flashlight). They have a massive torque spec, AND red loctite.

It looks like you have the locking bar tool between the sprockets, yes?

Beautiful S1W. I wish my tank looked that good.

Solved. I used an impact wrench. The mechanic near my home is a friend and helped me with the impact wrench.

(YES, it's the locking bar tool between the sprockets).

Now I need to remove the clutch and replace the primary chain.
All is to cure the scraping noise in the primary.

In case you're tying to come up with options for measuring the torque when you put that back together... I had a breaker bar, took my weight, did the math to figure out exactly how long of a lever was needed to transfer my body weight into the exact ft/lbs needed, marked it with tape on the breaker bar and stepped on it.

Your mechanic friend may also just have a nice enough torque wrench that would measure that high of a number, but if not, it's been a few thousand miles and mine is still holding well.

You should NOT use an impact gun on that bolt. It holds your generator's rotor, which has magnets epoxied inside it that spin around the stator, to create the electrical charge. Impact gun can cause those magnets to come loose. DEFINITELY check your magnets before reassembly, and make absolutely sure none of them have come loose.

Upthemaiden, I have a good torque wrench. I think it will be good when I'll put it back.
Ratbuell:
I was conscious about this. But my main need was to remove that nut.
Yes, a magnet come loose.
But it seems it was already loose because it has some scraping signs on it.

Update:
I've installed a new (8 bolt style) rotor.
I've installed a new primary chain.
The scraping/rattling noise is still present.
I have to deduce that the chain (and or the rotor) was NOT the culprit.
Some picture can explain the point of contact:

The ring used by the starter on the clutch basket (you can barely see with the yellow arrow) is sometimes touching the flange of the shifter assembly (red arrow) on point of contact (black arrow).

here the scraped shifter flange:

I wanted to remove the detent plate (and the shifter assy) and upgrade to the updated 33656-90A, but I'm not able to find in a reasonable time the detent plate and its retaining clip.

Replaced the clutch with a Energy One with +15% spring.
Rattling noise still present.
Replaced the detent plate
Rattling noise still present.
I don't remember if I said I replaced the chain too.
Rattling noise still present.

If someone wants tho hear the rattling noise
you can go here to see this VIDEO: http://www.sportsterpedia.com/doku.php/techtalk:re f:genmsr05#primary

There is so much wind noise BUT:
the rattling sound is audible in several points of the video , but it's best to go at 25th second, you hear at 26 and 27 then again 29. Then I start to decelerate and at 36th sec I start to accelerate again and you can hear at 37th sec to to 41 secs of the video.
