Alright, as promised, some pictures of the swing arm swap. About three days of work all in all, but that included fixing a leaking rocker box gasket.

Very nice! aluminum makes such a big visual difference on these bikes. The shine job looks nice too.

Thanks guys! Very pleased with it. Will have to find some fast corners to see how much of a difference it makes, but those are kinda rare in these parts :P.

I've also exchanged the stock foot pegs (the rubber ones) for something a little more modern. Those, I could immediately tell, were a pretty massive upgrade - removes a lot of vagueness.

Nice looking peg. I have a set of the Pro Series "billet" ones on mine.

I love your bike. Between you and Josh, you two are costing me a lot of money. Especially since mine is silver too! ; )

Did you have your swingarm fully polished or only the exposed portions?

Very nice, those Pro Series ones.

As for the swing arm, it's fully polished. I think it was 75 or a 100 for the sand blasting and another 200 or so for the polishing.
