Love it. It required a bit of love, attention, and of course money. Unless you get it from an enthusiast who already fixed it up, expect to spend some time in the garage replacing the rubber engine mounts(isolators), primary chain tensioner, oil pump drive gear, and any other number of parts. After I bought mine I spent about another 50% of the purchase price on brakes, tires, and engine parts that are known to cause problems if they're not upgraded. Great bike though. As Josh stated, these bikes are a riot but, will certainly test your patience from time to time. That said, i love my s1w, and will never part with her. Same here, probably spent closer to 75% if I'm being totally honest. I ride it daily as a commuter, and it's pretty reliable and runs pretty well, but it's over 20 years old and I have busy hands, so there's always something new the needs sorted or upgraded.
