Quick question to someone who may have intimate knowledge. I picked up some S1 body parts, tail, windscreen, front fender, that were all fiberglass. I was told fiberglass was used on earlier models. My 98s are all ABS plastic body parts. I spoke to another guy in Europe who has a 96 and 97 S1 and he says his are all plastic. So that begs the question, are the fiberglass body parts aftermarket or were there factory fiberglass parts?

My 97 is all fiberglass, no reason to believe any of it is aftermarket.

96 were the only S1 bikes with fiberglass Bodywork from the factory.
