Hi everyone!
I lost my seat screw on my 1998 S1 Lightning and I'm pulling my hair out trying to find a replacement. I think the part is 52318-96y. I've called a lot of shops and screw dealers with no luck.
Anyone have an idea on this?

Thanks!
The bike

I think I remember a member here(Ken) tracking down the screws, but I believe they were shorter and would need extended. If you look around here you might be able to find somewhere you could order them. I assume from looking at your bike you'd be up to the challenge of chopping a bolt and welding in an extension.

A few times I've debated drilling out the hole some, squeezing in a rivnut and just tightening the seat down with a normal bolt, but haven't done anything with it yet.

Just curious, how do you get to the bolts in your isolators with the sideplates covered over?

Dutch,
I have a few of the wing screws, complete with washers and retaining rings - all new original parts. $22 packaging/shipping (48 state) included.
Let me know if you're interested.
Thanks - R
