What a nice looking bike. That headlight caught me off guard, but by the 3rd or 4th picture I really started to like it. I like the built in exhaust outlet, and those swingarm spool mounts were a nice touch(although as always, they lose a but of their purpose when you can't actually remove the real wheel with the bike on the stand). Thanks for posting. I'll have to take a better look at it after I get home from work.

Another forum member here was in town and rode one of mine and within a few weeks bought 2!! They really are addictive, not in a high speed, light weight surgical scalpel, compete with Ducati or Aprilia, but on a much more visceral level.

A great description Jolly. I bought my 1000SP new in the spring of 1983 and I'm still riding it today 36 years later with a smile on my face. I have never been bored with it.
