Anyone replace their belt drive to chain drive? How many teeth on the front sprocket, and how many teeth on the rear sprocket? Does anyone have a part number for ordering the right sprocket to fit the rear? This is for a 2002 Thunderbolt S3T.

I got the kit from American Sport Bike sadly no longer trading, the front is 23t and 54t on the rear, I've just had another rear made by Talon Engineering in the UK

Isn't there a Sporster rear sprocket that would fit on a Buell wheel?

I believe you have to enlarge the centre hole slightly if using a Sportster sprocket/pulley onto a Buell rim

Buell sprocket is also flat.

Zippers sells a comprehensive line from 48 to 58 T Rear.

Sprockets are from PBI so officially "Good sh!t, maynard"

Thank you Lynrd, I did not know that. I've been going crazy trying to find a rear sprocket.Every search I did took me to the UK. Thank you very much for the help.

Pbi has them on there website. I'm running a 23 front 50 rear but will be ordering a 48 shortly. 50 it a little short for highway riding. You'll also want to come up with a slider for your swingarm/ swingarm mount as it will rub.

I see you have it's for a S3, White is right - it'll rub the arm on the bottom, not sure about top, but mine hit on the bottom.
Took a grinder to her and it was fine.
I still have that swingarm somewhere in the garage...I think.

Jeez there are so many places to get a sprocket. The weird part is why with all the searches I did and none of these came up only the UK.
