I was timing my S2 today. It's a 1995, non-California model. #1193 IIRC. The manual says it should have the single timing dot on the crank. However, my crank has the two dots shown by the manual to be 95 California and 96 models.

It also shows different RPM for the different timing marks. So I used the revs for the 96 models since the marks matched. Maybe the later 95s went to those timing marks?
