No PCV valves but still a top-Breather through a vent line and an umbrella valve with foam underneath it inside. I had a set briefly, as well as a set of XR1200 heads. Sold both though. With the XB rocker boxes, you only need the tops and PCV valves, gaskets. With the XR rocker boxes, you would need the whole assembly.
