I remember that stuff... only one of my 4 Buells is carbed.. I'm spoiled.

When I was on the first ride on my XB9R, a test ride, I decided I needed gas because the low-fuel light came on.
Spent 5+ minutes looking for the petcock...

Most small and mid-sized Japanese bikes have a vacuum operated shut-off petcock. The accelerator pump provides the fuel for the first spark and after that, the engine is creating vacuum.

Ok I finally had a ride on the bike, all seems to be fine, while doing up the bike I installed the spare muffler I got with the bike a V&H, bike runs a bit better with this muffler and it's not to loud, I needed to adjust a bit the clutch, but did it this afternoon.

I'd like to thank every one that replied to this post, and all the advices and suggestions.

The primary was full, oil tank 50%, and the crank case had some but don't know exactly how much.

Maybe 3 liters.
