Looking through the manual it says tighten till freeplay is gone and forks turn smoothly then tighten pinch screw?
Or since I am using XB triples and stem should I use the XB spec?

If you have Timken bearings, use the Tuber spec. If you have XB style sealed bearings, use the XB spec.
