Lance had them on EBay (idle and throttle) for about $100 plus shipping. I also figured I could probably order them from the local HD dealer for about the same price and save shipping. But before I ordered I ran a quick Google search and found that Barnett (the clutch guys) had braided stainless for $10 less per cable so it was a no brainier. I ordered the clutch, speedo, throttle and idle cables for $200( already had a braided brake line).They also make custom lengths upon request.
