Relay or relay connection it's got to be.

The white and black I believe bring the power to the module. It has no other power source comes out of the module to the coil and from splice 8 to the coil.

The sidestand and clutch switch can test fine ,but when at full work when on the bike they fail.

And you're sure that the ignition switch is in good order!?

As Mees stated with the switches thats why I was trying to guide you to bypass them.
And yes take the switch housing apart and take the switch apart they tend to get dirty and have intermittent issues when they heat up.

I keep finding all my old bypass plugs from the early days of test riding. I had the first side stand switch failure in 19°F weather south of OKC

I learned how to deal with it FAST.

found my old handle bar switch and plugged it in and i cut wires at sidestand and twisted them together and unplugged clutch switch wire and inserted a u shaped paperclip as a bridge and when hit start button ign relay clicks then voltage everywhere on system drops to like 1 to 5 volts and neutral light and oil light go out then if turn key off and back on voltage returns to normal.
