Gorgeous work, are the parts pc'd or hard anodized?

powdercoated, since thats something i do myself. I also think it gives a better contrast to the forks that are hard anodized. Plus it matches all the other black parts i have powdercoated as well. If i want i could always strip and anodize later.

Really nice work. Are you going to build a bike with all the 3D printed parts.
Be pretty neat.

i was just joking with the guys at work yesterday about 3d printing my entire bike, full scale or scaled for a 3D printing trade show. We want to do something really cool to show off.

here is my "dash" / top clamping ive been working on. It will hold my miniscope speedo, along with all LED indicator lights and 3 mini switches. I dont have pictures of the final piece yet but last night i radiused all the corners and machined a tinted lens. Powdercoating it this weekend and will get to wiring all my LEDs up. They will be held in place with a 3D printed abs insert, along with the switches on the other side. I also need to 3d print a mold and cast the black silicone button pad for the switches.

the risers i made have internal passages with removable side plates to run all the "dash" wiring through, so there will be no visible wires anywhere.
