I put about 75 miles on the S1 yesterday....glad to report that nothing broke and it didn't leak any oil. That is literally the first ride in 18 months that I haven't had at least one of those two situations happen.

Either way, bike ran great and the frame brace is definitely noticeable. It takes away a little of the "character" out of the frame. As in, it feels less rubberbandish when leaned over hard. I wasn't riding hard enough to really push it, but I think it was a nice improvement.

Early tube frames had some dimensional variability that could account for some of the braces having fitment issues.

The machinist has the other bracket. Just waiting on him. He has contracts with the Big three automotive for fixtures so he has been really busy. I will reach out to him today.

Got mine installed this last weekend. Had to bend the front bracket with a crescent wrench ever so slightly. Fit perfect! Thanks Jeff!

Had to give the mount one light tap with a big hammer, and it was perfect.
