this buell s1 keeps finding its way to my girlfriend and me .my girlfriend bought it 2009 .it did need new paint when my girlfriend first bought it and this hos how it looked after a new paintjob

it was her first motorcycle and sold it after two years because she bought a other s1 which she liked more .the first owner bought it after he found out it was for sale.

two years later i noticed a familiar s1 on the internet when i was searching for buell parts .it didn`t look as nice as i rembered it but the price was o.k .

till a couple of weeks ago it had been stored in my garage. i thought about making it nice again and maybe sell it . started cleaning it and did some maintenance ( oil, gaskets, carb tune ,,,,.)

yes its in our kitchen , garage is full and its a lot warmer in our kitchen : )

didn`t take a lot to make it ready for a ride

took it for a couple of rides and i was surprised how nice it rides .

short after i started riding the s1 found some very nice parts . i bought a complete oem s1 carbon set and a borla carbon muffler . didn`t use all the carbon parts because i thought it might be a little to much.

cleaned it (again : ) ) yesterday and made some nice pictures today

Looks great!

Even so, I wouldn't stop...

Carbon timing cover! Carbon front pulley cover! Carbon mirrors! Carbon heat shield!

The tank might be hard to find, but there's stick on carbon fabric, you could put on 'knee guard' panels, like the old British and Hondas.
