I think ive seen some pics of this, just wondering if anyone has ever, or could do a writeup about it...

such as what bearing they used, and how they installed it, what other mods were needed (like milling down the footpeg post) etc.

i wonder if it would be worth the trouble?
like for the job the shifter bearing has to do i can't see a needle bearing being suitable.

Never seen a needle bearing It would require some machining. There is the brass bushing.
