Ok so I have these S2style clip ons they take a 1" bar at the attachment point and it needs to narrow to 7/8" for the controls problem is for what ever reason these are smaller the 7/8 and the grips and controls wont fit. Anyone know of som similar bars or 7/8 bars I can cut down and adapt?   | ||

Those bars were custom made by whoever had my S2 before me. There is no bolt-in solution. The clip ons are WesTek and wer made with 1" handlebars, and the PO lobbed off the ends and welded in ~7/8" aluminum on the ends. | ||

Yep but looking for advice on a set of bars that have a 90 bend with a 5" rise I can cut and modify | ||

I don't know if there's any aluminum bars in 7/8" like that. You could cut down some apes if you used steel bars. |
